The meetings were conducted by Mauna Kea Advisory Committee co-chairs Larry Kimura and Pila Wilson. Includes Power Point presentations by Group 70 International of the draft master plan for future development of telescopes at the summit.

A twelve-hour series on the public meetings was cablecast on HawaiÍi public access channels in 1999.
