International human rights lawyer Jose Luis Morin served as one of the prosecutor/advocates for the Peoples' International Tribunal - Hawai'i when it heard testimony on five islands in 1993.

In this interview conducted in December of 1995, Mr. Morin speaks about the state-sponsored Native Hawaiian Vote, a plebiscite mandated by the Hawai'i State Legislature, and discusses its ramifications from the perspective of international law. He lays out the basis for the decolonization of Hawai'i as called for by United Nations resolutions on self-determination.
